Our Baton Rouge apartments welcome your furry friends with open arms! On-site is a spacious dog park, perfect for your dog to romp around, socialize, and burn off some extra energy after a long day.

Rental installments cover water and internet, as well as access to Flatiron’s resident-exclusive amenities and common spaces.

Every lease at Flatiron is by-the-bed, meaning that each roommate is only responsible for their assigned living space and portion of the rent.

Housing contracts in our LSU off-campus apartments align with the academic year, beginning in August and ending in late July of the following year.

Maintenance requests can be submitted in person or through our resident portal. Our maintenance staff strives to address all requests promptly and efficiently.
